Approximately 1.5 ounces. Our ultimate steak and meat rub. Lightly brush meat with olive oil or balsamic vinegar and rub with spice before roasting, broiling, or grilling.
Ingredients
black pepper, sea salt, garlic, porcini mushrooms, smoked sea salt, turbinado sugar, cumin, onion, Worcestershire powder, parsley, shallots, and chives.
