This mullein and marshmallow root tincture is made from the best mullein and marshmallow root and vodka we can source. It soaks and cures for 3-4 months before it is strained and bottled into our amber bottles. Tinctures work very fast and are easily absorbed into your system. You can put it under your tongue or dissolve it in water. 

Take 1-2 dropperfuls daily or as needed for allergy and sinus support, protection, and relief.
