Turmeric helps with relief from arthritic pain and swelling, chronic inflammatory diseases, metabolic syndrome, Alzhiemer's disease, heart disease, cardiovascular diseases, and age-related ailments.
Tinctures work very fast and are easily absorbed into your system. You can put it under your tongue or dissolve it in water. Take 1-2 dropper fulls 1-2 times a day or as needed.
